Often our clients have an error or information on their screen which they would like to discuss with us. The following is the technique we use to get an copy of the screen, so that we can discuss what is happening.

Delivery of solutions

Solutions are sent to the email address on your PayPal purchase. Whilst I'll endeavour to deliver solutions as quickly as possible, there may be times solutions may be delayed a number of hours.
