Today four users in four offices started receiving the same email hundreds of times an hour. This is called a DoS or Denial of Service attack. The email was the same email in every case. It appeared to be sent from the same person and had the same greeting "Dear Property Manager". This is an example of why you should never enter a long list of addresses in the To field, and why it is a bad idea to send spam.
