MyAnswers is a service I use to assist people to reduce IT costs. Solutions are provided for a nominal fee of $4.95. If a solution dosn't help please feel free to request a refund.

Don't worry, this is by design. My database is stored offline because the database contains tens of thousands of dollars worth of investment in time and as we all know, there are some very talented hackers that can get into almost anything online. I review all requests and dispatch the solution as soon as practical during normal business hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst I regularly dispatch solutions day or night, the core hours for dispatching solutions is during business hours, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Standard time.
