The user was not able to enable the firewall on their Windows XP Home computer. There were two messages: "Windows cannot start the windows Firewall/Internet Connections Shared (ICS) service" and "The Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) information might be corrupted", depending on how they tried to get to the firewall feature.
