The user installed the Rockend Rest 6.6.11 update and converted the data without a problem. The update of all users Windows XP machines but one, updated without a problem. On this one machine the user was prompted for the CD containing the earlier version and the number 1 appeared in the browse field. They could not proceed and they kept reaching a 1714 error message.
