I'm trying to send emails with attachments using Outlook Express and they keep failing and bouncing back. One of the messages I received states "Remote host said: 554 5.7.1 Fragmented emails are blocked." I've also noticed that it appears to be sending more than one message even though there is one to send. What has happened?
