We prefer not to use the American spellings which are present when using MS Word 2003. We have identified over 1,800 words we don't want to use, and now have them marked as spelt incorrect. If you also want to exclude these words, the following is how to do it using MS Word 2003. We also include with this solution the file containing our list of words to reject.
