Our client was repeatedly receiving the same email from one of their staff. The staff denied sending the email. It was a virus generated email. We show what we do in these situations to identify who is sending the email and how to try to fix the situation. The knowledge we use is knowledge we gained from writing the OzEfilter anti-spam program.
