I recently had a really frustrating experience with FrontPage. I took an old web page created by another package, made some changes including inserting a row with three cells. When I tried to set the cell widths to the size I wanted it would not work. I used OpenOffice.org Html Editor and NVU and none would give me what I wanted. I explain how I overcame this problem.
