Knowing how much it costs to print a page using a colour laser is very difficult because working out the coverage for each toner is near impossible. Recently we downloaded a trial version of software and using that software we were able to determine a much more accurate cost per page. Based on this information we were able to advise one client how they could save $200 a month on one of their printing tasks. This article provides a link to the software and a summary of our findings.
