I notice people and businesses sending out emails to a list of contacts so everyone can see the list. I explain why this isn't a good idea in most situations and how to approach this in a better way. I also provide a couple of examples where showing everyone who is receiving the email is a good idea.

Delivery of solutions

Solutions are sent to the email address on your PayPal purchase. Whilst I'll endeavour to deliver solutions as quickly as possible, there may be times solutions may be delayed a number of hours.
