2303 New client had a Telstra ZTE MF626 USB broadband stick. SIM had expired so purchased new SIM from Telstra and activated. Worked for a short while and then not at all. Client spent quite some time trying to solve problem then 45 minutes with Telstra telephone support at which point they gave up. The client's computer was a Toshiba notebook running Vista. The following is how I fixed the problem.
